PCP (Primary Care Physician) Identification Project

Results:

The data indicated that (of the 1349 women with documented PCPs (primary care providers) the following locations were shown to be the womens’ primary source of care: 12% BHCHP (Boston Health Care for the Homeless Project; 28% CHC (Community Health Centers); 43% AMC (Academic Medical Centers) and another 16% “other” including private practice, Harvard Vanguard, indefinable and out of state physicians.
